The Residences at Depot Street “Adopt a Home” Program

Surf Development Company, a 501(c) (3) non-profit affiliate of the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara is requesting donations to fund ADOPT-A-HOME program for The Residences at Depot Street. This is an 80-unit development for persons with special needs including veterans, people with mental health challenges and individuals and families coming out of homelessness. This development is currently under construction and slated for completion in January 2020. Many of the individuals and families who will reside at The Residences at Depot Street do not have the necessities for their new home.

Our intention is to furnish each unit with basic furniture and necessities. A donation schedule of $500 for a studio, $1000 for a one-bedroom unit, $1500 for a two-bedroom unit and $2000 for a three-bedroom unit; however, donations of any amount would be welcome toward this endeavor. All donations are tax deductible and the donors will receive a written acknowledgement as well as an invitation to the ribbon cutting ceremony upon completion of the development. Thank you in advance for considering a donation to Surf Development Company for The Residences at Depot Street ADOPT-A-HOME program. Click here to donate [https://surfdevelopment.org/donation/]
